I am Phyllis Thompson, a Certified Integrative Nutritionist, Certified Personal Trainer, and published author with a background in biology, specializing in women’s health during perimenopause and menopause.


I help organizations support the wellbeing and performance of the women in their workforce by teaching hormone-balanced nutrition, stress resilience strategies, and science-backed lifestyle practices that improve energy, focus, sleep, mood, and metabolic health.


My workshops create safe, uplifting spaces for women to learn practical steps for managing the physical and emotional shifts that happen during midlife, so they feel supported, confident, and empowered both at work and at home.
